After accumulated experience and building credibility within the cement industry as a well-known company in machine-related work. In the cement industry and other relevant industries, Mr. Kitti had envisioned the capa-bility that the company also possessed knowledge and experience in civil engineering, there he started 'Sunshine Development (SDC)' in 1994 with a starting capital of 12 million Thai baht to accommodate the demands of civil engineering in the cement industry and real estate. In which, the company had gained the trust from a number of cement companies, including: Siam City Cement, TPI Polene, IPI Polene Power, Asia Cement, Chememan, Conwood, Shera and many others.

Currently, the company is operated by 2nd generation executives' team, consisting of Mr. Amornsak Torot, Mr. Mr. Mr Siwapon Kowattana, and Mr Vorakorn Kowattana. These executives aim to continue the development and growth of Sunshine businesses and continue to further improve the quality of manufacturing based on designs to best fit the demands and needs of the clients. Currently, SEC has a register capital of 24 million Thai baht and SDC has a register capital of 24 million Thai baht.
